Getting back into exercise after having a baby can be challenging. That's why at Mum Fit Norwich, we're dedicated to making it easier for you.
Our fitness classes are specifically designed for new Mums and their babies, with exercises that are suitable and effective. Our founder, Kat Bradshaw, is a certified Pre & Post Natal fitness instructor and Personal Trainer. She is also a Mum herself, who understands the importance of getting exercise while taking care of a baby.
At Mum-Fit, we provide an accesible, inclusive and supportive environment where Mums can form connections with others while working on their physical health.
The sessions take place in Kat's private gym, The Norwich Fitness Academy. The sessions are flexible and babies are welcome to attend up until the age of one. Please see below for our current services.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
Being a mother is hard work, but staying fit shouldn't have to be. With our Mum Fit membership, you can bring your baby along to our weekly small group sessions and work towards your fitness goals surrounded by a supportive group of like-minded mothers. The workouts are designed for you and are easily modified to suit your needs.
