When attending The Norwich Fitness Academy LTD with a child, the child must remain the responsibility of their Parent or Guardian at all times. 

 

At all times users of The Norwich Fitness Academy LTD are expected to take responsibility for their own actions, for their own safety, and for the safety of their children. The Norwich Fitness Academy LTD cannot be held responsible for any injuries occurred whilst using the facilities. 

 

You must agree to take all responsibility and waive any claims of personal accident, injury or death associated with Mum-Fit Norwich and The Norwich Fitness Academy LTD.

 

You must agree to take all responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury or death to any person in your party below the age of 18 for whom you have Parental responsibility or Guardianship of, whilst taking part in activities or events at The Norwich Fitness Academy and/or resulting from the use of facilities at The Norwich Fitness Academy LTD.

 

You must abide by the safety rules and guidelines given to you by Mum-Fit Norwich at The Norwich Fitness Academy LTD.

 

You understand that by completing this disclaimer, you will be agreeing to the waiver of liability and promising to abide by the conditions laid out in this disclaimer.
