WHO CAN JOIN IN- HOW FIT SHOULD YOU BE?
Our Bootcamp club is designed to cater for all fitness levels. With the guidance of highly experienced Personal Trainers, the sessions are adaptable to suit varying fitness levels. The Bootcamp instructors are there to GUIDE you, not shout at you. You can work to your own pace. We do however recommend trying a FREE TASTER SESSION before you commit, to make sure you enjoy it first. If you are suffering from any serious or re occurring injuries, please see a GP or Physiotherapist for advice prior to taking part. All members must be over the age of 16.
BOOTCAMPS AND WEIGHT LOSS
Our members come to us with different goals. Some want to get fitter and stronger, others want to reduce body fat. The Bootcamps give you the best of both. They are designed to use a mixture of cardiovascular exercises and weight training to ensure you get the most out of your workout every time. Our Bootcamps burn on average, 400-600 cals per time, this along with a healthy diet is a very effective way to lose body fat. Our members are already seeing the benefits!
PARKING AND CYCLING TO THE NORWICH FITNESS ACADEMY
We have allocated parking spaces in front of the gym. When possible, please do not park in front of our neighbours units.
Cyclists are welcome to bring bikes inside for safe keeping.
WHAT DOES THE MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?
As you may have guessed, we're not a conventional 'gym'. The Norwich Fitness Academy is a Personal Training Studio and Bootcamp club only. Therefore, membership for the Bootcamp club allows you to join in with ANY of our scheduled Bootcamps, Strength sessions or Open Gym, but it does not allow access to the gym throughout the day un supervised. All of our Personal Trainers are Self Employed, so if you are interested in PT, you can contact them directly to arrange a free consultation.
