BOOTCAMP INFORMATION

A membership with us gives you unlimited access to all of our classes includng Academy Strength sessions and Open Gym. 

INDOOR BOOTCAMP

Our Indoor Bootcamps combine a variety of techniqes to ensure a fun, varied and highly effective class each time. They are designed and run by experienced Personal Trainers and can be adapted to suit your current fitness levels.

ACADEMY STRENGTH

 Academy Strength is a weekly group gym session that is designed by our Personal Trainers. It's aim is to increase strength and build muscle. Our trainers will guide you through and help you with your technique. We alternate upper body and lower body each week!

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

In the Summer of 2020 we had to adapt our Bootcamps and take them outside into the park! We enjoyed them so much that we decided to stay outside on Saturday's. We train in Henderson park just behind the gym in the Summer months and back indoors for the winter. Don't worry though, on days with particularly bad weather we bring it back inside!

OPEN GYM

We love to see our members gaining the confidence and knowledge to design their own gym sessions. On Friday mornings you can come in and use the gym however you like! You have the luxury of a large private gym and all the space you need to get a great workout. One of our trainers will always be on hand to answer any questions or give you some idea's if you get stuck!
